THE ARTIST STUDIOS in the Sign Creators building at 345 Cherry Street, West Homestead, are closing this month, and longtime tenants Jennifer Rempel, Robert Qualters and Abby Franzen-Sheehan are bidding their farewell with a 2-day art sale on Sat. Mar. 4 and Sun. Mar. 5 from 11 a.m.-4 p.m.

The trio promise “wonderful art, pleasant conversation, a glass of wine or other beverage … and a cookie!” Parking is free on Cherry Street or in the lower lot behind the building.

10 miles to the west, Radiant Hall has added 20 new artist studios to its McKees Rocks location at 734 Thompson Avenue; together with sites in Lawrenceville and Homewood, Radiant Hall provides over 100 studio spaces plus an array of career development services ranging from aid in applying for grants and creating a website and c.v. to financial planning, legal and business advice, photo documentation and more.
