The inaugural Pittsburgh FireWalk will be a weekend of firelit carnivals produced by City of Play.   Each fire will be carefully tended by talented performers – storytellers, musicians and dancers –  while the central hearth will feature a night market of food, drink, and other artful offerings.  Long-time residents, curious students, local business owners, community organizations, and travelers of all types are invited to meet each other in the streets and celebrate the mythical thrill of an Autumn night by firelight.
