Spend the Sunday afternoon on a Self-care journey with other women. Self-care is an action that demonstrates self-responsibility, not just a reward; it’s honoring yourself as something precious.
When we take care of ourselves emotionally, physically, mentally, and spiritually we prevent “burn-out” reduce stress and generally lead a more productive and peaceful life.
Does this sound like something you would like to experience? If you answered yes, the doors to this journey are open.
We will examine what self-care looks like in our daily lives, improve what we are doing now, and acquire tools we can use for our journey.
Join us for the first workshop in the Self-care Sundays Workshop series via Zoom. Aspect Life Coaching & Serenity Center will be offering workshops that help women focus on the importance of Self-care, evaluate their current status, and incorporate strategies that work.
Darlene Nelson will facilitate this workshop; Professional certified Life Coach and owner of Aspect Life Coaching & Serenity Center, along with Angela Failor, therapist and Eden Energy Practitioner.
Attendees will have the opportunity to:
- identify their strengths
- access what they want to work on in the area of Mental, Physical, Emotional, and Spiritual Self – care
- Set goals and create a plan for success
- recognize challenging roadblocks
- explore ways to stay motivated and committed to maintaining successful self-care goals
