Fuckup Nights, where the entrepreneurial community comes out and gets honest

Are you going to be lonely on Valentine’s Day, and the dreaded holiday only makes you think of all your screw-ups? Well, if you want to listen to other people talk about how their life didn’t go quite right, come to Threadbare Cider House on February 15th. Kiana Laurin, Gratus Connecting, is hosting Fuckup Nights, where the entrepreneurial community comes out and gets honest with everyone. Speakers come up and have seven minutes and ten images to display that life did not always go the way they wanted.

No one is built into a successful star on their first step on stage. No one day one becomes a mastermind of business. These individuals are breaking the stigma of how success is obtained and presented. They get in-depth on failure and how life made them sick to their stomach but made them all the better. Started in 2012 and has taken off into 300 cities and 90 countries, Fuckup Nights’ third installment in Pittsburgh will begin at 6 pm.

Tickets are 45 dollars and 55 at the door, where you can enjoy a night of realizing not everyone gets it right and that it’s the failure that makes the success. Not only do the speakers share their screw-ups, but so can you. There will be an open mic portion where you can vent your frustrated mistakes along with refreshing drinks and snacks. Bringing the community together, one fuck up after another.

FUN PGH VOL III will feature Alex Kuhn (Born to Lead), Sophia Ogiso (Nyssa Design + Construction) and Tom Bender (MediaQuest) sharing their failure stories

Tickets are available for purchase @https://events.humanitix.com/f-ckup-nights-pittsburgh-vol-iii (all processing fees donated to children’s charities through Humanitix).
