The PGH Vintage Mixer returns for its 6th Year

Vinyl collector, vintage clothing junkie, Fiestaware fanatic; no matter what you call yourself, the Pittsburgh Vintage Mixer is bound to have something for every shopper that joins them for this 2 day extravaganza of all things retro.

This weekend, November 6th and 7th, will mark the 6th annual Vintage Mixer. The Teamster Temple in Lawrenceville will host over 30 local vendors and collectors with local drag queen and performer, Alora Chateaux, serving as emcee. Handmade Arcade will be on site hosting guest activities as well as a vintage inspired Selfie Station.

This year’s event will include The Night Owl; an exclusive pre-sale shopping party from 6-9 on Friday night for the truly dedicated patrons among us. The $15 tickets for The Night Owl include complimentary tote bags, a day pass to the Saturday event, and a late night shopping party full of nostalgia.

In 2011, local vendors and collectors gathered together to create one of the biggest retro events in the region. Since then the Pittsburgh Vintage Mixer has become a biannual event including cocktails, food trucks, guest appearances and live music under one roof that celebrates all things vintage.

With wares ranging from vintage furnishings, artifacts, housewares, books, lighting, ephemera, and more, the Vintage Mixer is the perfect destination for unique wares and to get an early start on this year’s Christmas list.
