Time to Get Your P.B. & J On

Get ready to completely revert to childhood. Peanut Butter Jelly Time (PBJT) is here and they’re doing more than just cutting the crusts off the bread.

The gourmet sandwich and sweets shop opened in Bloomfield on November 24th and experienced great reception. Their 3-tier menu is extensive and includes Classic P.B. & J Time, Gourmet P.B. & J Time, and P.B. & J Side Time.

Enjoy something more traditional like a hand-dipped milkshake and Mom’s Classic P.B. & J or, if you’re feeling adventurous, spring for The Pregnant Peanut: a labor inducing peanut butter sandwich with crispy pickle chips.

And if Peanut Butter and Jelly isn’t your scene, PBJT also offers Build Your Own Cereal Bowl. The DIY station boasts an impressive variety of milk and cereal and, if you don’t see the cereal you’re looking for, PBJT will add it to their buffet.

And you guessed it, this place obviously has ice cream. The Waffle Not So Sundae is beastly; a fresh belgian waffle with graham cracker spread, strawberries, bananas, and a big ol’ scoop of cinnamon bun ice cream. Reported to be highly addictive.

Whether you have fond memories of sneaking into the kitchen for a big bowl of cereal, a midnight P.B. & J, or a scoop of moose tracks, this shop is sure to have something to jettison you back to childhood.
